COMPANY NAME in Barcelona is seeking a Finance Systems Support Specialist to provide first-line technical support to enterprise customers in a fast-paced SaaS environment. You will investigate, troubleshoot and resolve product issues, collaborating with Product, Engineering, Consulting and Customer Success to deliver timely, effective solutions.

• 3–5 years' experience within a SaaS Technical Support, Application Support or Customer Support role.
• Experience supporting enterprise software applications.
• Exposure to Finance Systems, FP&A software, ERP, or other financial technology solutions would be highly advantageous.
• An understanding of finance processes and the needs of finance users would be beneficial.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer relationship skills.
• Experience using ticket management platforms and CRM systems.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Provide first-line technical support to enterprise customers via email, ticketing systems and virtual meetings.
• Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve product-related issues in a timely manner.
• Escalate complex technical issues to Product and Engineering teams where required.
• Work closely with Consulting and Customer Success teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer issues, resolutions and known problems.
• Monitor support cases to ensure service levels and response times are achieved.
• Identify recurring issues and contribute ideas to improve product performance and customer experience.
• Build strong product knowledge to become a trusted technical advisor for customers.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes as the business continues to scale.
