Revolut is seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales professional to drive multi‑million deals for our API and payments products. You will own the customer journey from first contact through launch and ongoing growth, building strategic partnerships and mentoring peers.

Ideal candidates bring 4+ years in enterprise fintech sales, proven quota attainment, and fluency in English and German. You will collaborate with product, operations and marketing to deliver seamless launches for enterprise

Formación

4+ years of Enterprise sales experience in fintech, banking or payments.
Knowledge of selling API-based solutions and products like card issuing and payouts.
Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding quota in fast-paced sales teams.
Experience creating partnerships with third-party companies to launch B2B services.
Curiosity and ability to learn quickly in a collaborative environment.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
Fluency in English and German.

Responsabilidades

Building a network of enterprise customers across industries to generate revenue from payment solutions.
Owning deals end to end from sourcing to close and launching, then expanding the account.
Establishing trusted relationships by demonstrating continued value through features.
Managing forecasts and pipelines, meeting quarterly sales goals, and mentoring peers.
Partnering with Product Owners, Ops, BDMs and other sales teams for exceptional launches.
