Job summary

Teleperformance Barcelona is seeking a Google Ads Sales Executive to drive growth for local businesses by delivering tailored Google Ads solutions. You'll manage a high-volume client portfolio, applying strong sales techniques and performance-driven strategies to meet targets.

The role requires Spanish at C2 and English at C1, a BA/BS degree (Marketing or Communications preferred), and at least 12 months of proven sales experience. Hybrid work with career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• 12 months of proven sales experience with ability to win clients rapidly.
• C2 level of Spanish and C1 level of English (oral and written).
• Capable of creating digital marketing strategies for diverse client sizes.
• BA/BS degree; MA/MSc in Marketing or Communications preferred.
• Performance-driven with persistence to achieve defined targets.
• Experience in client-facing roles emphasizing rapport and service delivery.
• Adaptability to learn quickly and adjust to shifting priorities.
• Knowledge of Spain's business landscape and regulatory awareness.
• Effective professional communication in Spanish.
