Job summary

Schneider Electric Spain offers a 6-month Trainee Program for industrial engineering students to learn alongside our experts, contribute to quality and customer satisfaction projects, and gain hands-on experience on the production floor.

The program provides a paid internship (€700-€900 per month), a flexible schedule (4–6 hours/day, mornings 8–10am), and potential extension or contracting. This role supports learning in quality, SPC, and supplier quality within an inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Grade student or Master’s student in industrial engineering.
• Spend time in the production area, ensuring close involvement with daily operations.
• Outgoingness and desire to learn.
• Be able to work between 4 and 6 hours a day (Monday to Friday) and be available in the mornings (8–10am).
• To be able to make an internship agreement with your university or study center for a period of at least 6 months.
• Be available to start in January/February.
• High English level.

Responsibilities

• Understand the fundamentals of continuous improvement.
• Learn how to develop and apply process control plans.
• Gain experience in process audits and Process FMEAs.
• Participate in the creation and management of quality documentation.
• Observe and analyze production processes.
• Support the management of product derogations.
