easyJet is seeking an Engineering Manager for the eCommerce Customer Retention team to provide technical leadership across multiple squads and drive a secure, scalable, high-performance platform for retention across web, mobile, and app channels.
You will partner with Product, Agile Delivery, Enterprise Architects and Security teams to uphold engineering standards, guide technical solutions, and deliver key features that impact customer engagement and commercial outcomes.
Formación
- Proven software engineering leadership in large-scale eCommerce or digital platforms.
- Experience delivering secure, scalable, high-performance systems across web, mobile, and APIs.
- Strong background with SaaS integrations and external technology partners.
Responsabilidades
- Own the Mission technical vision, strategy, and roadmap across multiple squads.
- Lead design, architecture, and development of scalable software systems.
- Ensure delivery meets performance, security, and scalability requirements.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers and foster continuous learning.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Agile Delivery Managers, and Architects to align technical direction.
