Nextlane is seeking an Engineering Manager for Remarketing to lead a multidisciplinary team delivering mobile/web apps, backend services, and AI-enabled workflows. You will report to the Director of Engineering and own capacity, delivery planning, and technical sustainability.

You will partner with Product, QA, Architecture, DevOps, and Customer Success, ensuring work is ready for commitment and that risks are transparent.

Formación

• 8+ years in software engineering with leadership experience.
• Proven track record managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience delivering complex SaaS/cloud products.
• Strong cloud, DevOps, security, and production operations knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a high-performing multidisciplinary team.
• Own hiring, onboarding, and capability planning.
• Translate roadmap priorities into delivery plans.
• Ensure delivery predictability and quality across the Remarketing scope.
• Collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, Architecture, and Customer Success.
• Manage cross-team dependencies and risk.
