easyJet Airline Company PLC is seeking an Agile Delivery Manager to lead multiple squads within the eCommerce Platform Delivery team. You will enable agile delivery, align with product, engineering and architecture, and drive continuous value delivery for customer-facing features across web, mobile, and channels.

You will foster high-performance teams, manage risks and dependencies, and promote agile practices to accelerate delivery while balancing business objectives and customer outcomes.

Formación

• Extensive experience delivering in high-transaction, tech environments using agile methodologies.
• Coordinate multiple squads, manage dependencies, and align delivery across Missions.
• Strong business awareness and ability to balance cost and operational impact.

Responsabilidades

• Own the Mission-level delivery of features and initiatives across multiple squads.
• Define squad priorities and enable teams to self-organise and deliver value.
• Balance workload and capacity to optimise pace, quality, and reliability.
• Partner with Product Owners and Lead Engineers to ensure feasible, scalable initiatives.
• Identify risks and dependencies, ensuring proactive resolution and continuity.
• Foster high-performance culture and advocate for consistent agile practices.
