Edreams is seeking an Engineering Manager for the Customer Experience vertical to lead a cross-functional team of 7–10 engineers and shape the technical strategy across Payments. You will mentor, hire, and drive performance in a fast-moving, AI-powered environment to deliver high-quality solutions for customers.

You will collaborate with Product, Architecture, and Data Science to align on vision and ensure scalable, reliable systems while promoting technical excellence and continuous improvement

Formación

• Experience leading cross-functional teams
• Strong Java and backend system knowledge
• Ability to translate specs into scalable designs
• Proven mentoring and people-management skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration with product and data science teams
