easyJet Airline Company PLC is seeking an Engineering Manager for the Loyalty division to lead the technical vision and delivery across multiple squads. The role focuses on scalable, secure, and high-performance platforms across web, mobile, and connected channels as part of a new customer retention programme.

You will collaborate with Product, Agile Delivery Managers, and Architects to ensure architectural excellence, drive modern practices, and deliver outcomes that enhance customer engagement

Formación

• Proven software engineering leadership in large-scale eCommerce or high-transaction environments.
• Strong command of C#, TypeScript and NodeJS.
• Experience with cloud platforms, especially AWS, and secure design patterns.
• Ability to translate technical strategy into measurable outcomes.
• Familiarity with modern architectures: APIs, EDA, microfrontends and CIAM standards.

Responsabilidades

• Own the Mission technical vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Lead design, architecture, and development of scalable, high-performance systems.
• Guide multiple squads, manage dependencies, and align delivery with Mission goals.
• Ensure security, reliability, and platform integrity across releases and features.
• Mentor engineers and drive a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
