Ebury is seeking an Engineering Manager for Developer Experience to lead the DevExp team across the Delivery Platform and AI-assisted developer tooling. You will hire and mentor engineers while guiding platform architecture, progressive delivery, and AI agent frameworks.

Responsibilities span CI/CD productization, observability, self-service tooling, and secure, scalable infrastructure across cloud environments. Hybrid Madrid-based role.

Formación

• Experience building or operating an Internal Developer Platform at scale.
• Leadership experience with hiring, coaching and performance management.
• Deep AWS/GCP, Terraform, Kubernetes, ECS/EKS, GitHub Actions, Python and Linux expertise.

Responsabilidades

• Own the Delivery Platform end-to-end, including CI/CD and infrastructure.
• Lead the AI-Assisted Developer Platform and agent execution frameworks.
• Hire, mentor, and scale the DevExp team with a data-driven approach.
