Pleo is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead multiple engineering teams and report to the Product Lead. You will mentor engineers, ensure high‑quality software, and foster a culture of growth and accountability.

You will drive AI adoption, collaborate with product, design, and other stakeholders, and help shape the engineering organization for scalable delivery. This role offers hybrid and remote options within Spain and beyond.

Formación

• Extensive software development experience.
• Proven people management and coaching skills.
• Strong cross‑functional collaboration with product and design.
• Experience guiding teams through AI tooling adoption.
• Excellent communication with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead multiple engineering teams and deliver high‑quality software.
