Jobgether is seeking a Product Design Engineer based in Spain to blend product design with front-end engineering, shaping concepts from exploration through production. You’ll own the experience layer, collaborate with software engineers, and drive human-centred AI-native interfaces.

You’ll influence product decisions, prototype rapidly, and ship high-quality, data-rich interfaces for demanding professional users, within a fully remote role across the UK or Europe.

Formación

• Proven experience designing and building front-end products with ownership of both the experience and implementation.
• Strong design judgment and visual/product taste, able to distinguish excellent experiences from merely functional interfaces.
• Strong product instinct, able to challenge assumptions, reduce scope, validate ideas with real users.
• Fluency in modern web development and front-end engineering practices.
• Demonstrated experience using AI tooling across stages of product development.
• Understanding AI limitations and failure modes, ensuring AI outputs are reviewed.
• Experience creating data-rich, complex interfaces for demanding users.
• Ability to communicate credibly with domain experts and translate workflows into product experiences.
• Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility, performance, and cross-device behaviour.
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary product squad with engineers and stakeholders.
• Candidates may come from design, engineering, or multidisciplinary backgrounds; able to design, build, and ship high-quality products.

Responsabilidades

• Explore product opportunities through user research, experimentation, prototyping, and iteration.
• Carry concepts through to production-ready front-end experiences within the same workflow.
• Define what is worth building by engaging with users and shaping scope with the product squad.
• Design and build supervisory interfaces for AI-native workflows, including triage queues and decision-support.
• Use AI tools throughout the product lifecycle: research, design, prototyping, development, testing.
• Critically evaluate AI outputs, applying product and design judgment.
• Collaborate with software engineers to ensure alignment with architecture.
• Own front-end quality: performance, accessibility, responsive behaviour, cross-device compatibility.
• Iterate on products based on user feedback and constraints.
• Deliver polished, production-ready experiences balancing usability, functionality, feasibility, and visuals.
