Pleo is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead multiple engineering teams and drive technical excellence. You will report to the Product Lead and mentor engineers while aligning delivery with product goals, fostering an environment where teams own their work and grow.

You will champion AI tooling, scalable software practices, and cross‑functional collaboration with Product, Design, and Commercial teams to deliver high‑impact solutions for our customers.
