A leading technology company is seeking an Engineering Lead to guide a talented team and shape its technology and processes. The successful candidate will have 8+ years in software engineering, particularly in financial systems, and will manage a remote-first team. Responsibilities include mentoring engineers, refining workflows, and collaborating with product managers to ensure impactful features are delivered. This position is fully remote for candidates located in the EU.

As an Engineering Lead at TalentDesk, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping both our technology and our team. You’ll guide a group of talented engineers, setting direction, mentoring with intention, and helping each person grow in their craft and career.
