Paymentology is seeking an experienced Director of Engineering to lead the Digital Services domain and shape the next stage of our global engineering organisation. You will set strategy, align engineering efforts with product and business goals, and build scalable foundations for a high-velocity payments platform that operates in many countries.

• Proven experience at Engineering Director level.
• Experience scaling engineering organisations and developing managers.
• Ability to translate business and product strategy into engineering direction.
• Strong foundations in architecture, reliability, security and operational excellence.

Responsabilidades

• Set the engineering strategy and translate business priorities into technical outcomes.
• Lead and develop Engineering Managers and senior leaders across teams.
• Strengthen delivery across a complex portfolio with clear operating rhythms and accountability.
• Shape the domain structure, ownership, capability and future hiring needs.
• Drive technical and operational excellence across architecture, reliability, security, observability and maintainability.
• Partner with Product, Architecture, Operations and senior leadership to stay aligned with customer needs.
