Paymentology is seeking a People Experience Lead to shape how work happens, designing frameworks and experiences that support performance, progression, engagement and retention across the business.

You will work with senior leaders, People Partners and operations to turn feedback into practical action, scale processes, and leverage AI-enabled solutions to improve people experiences globally.

Formación

• 8-12+ years' experience in People / HR roles.
• Strong experience across performance, engagement, employee experience and organisational effectiveness.
• Experience implementing or improving HR technology, automation or AI-enabled solutions.
• Confidence working with senior leaders and challenging constructively.
• Strong analytical thinking and the ability to turn data into actionable insight.
• A practical, systems-oriented mindset with a focus on scalable outcomes.
• Experience in a global or distributed organisation.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement the systems and frameworks that shape how our people perform, grow, and experience the business.
• Own the employee listening approach, including pulse surveys and engagement insights.
• Turn feedback and data into clear, practical recommendations and action at scale.
• Lead the design, implementation and evolution of performance and progression frameworks.
• Improve fairness and consistency in performance reviews, calibration, and promotion decisions.
• Identify retention risks and work with People Partners to address them.
• Leverage automation, AI-enabled tools, and scalable solutions to improve people processes.
