Aurora Energy Research in Madrid seeks an Account Management Associate to join the Commercial - Sales & Account Management team. You will coordinate workshops, onboarding, and client events, ensuring effective scheduling and delivery across accounts.

You will act as the central point between clients and internal teams, supporting onboarding, demos, and adoption while enabling account managers to focus on renewals and growth. Fluency in English and Spanish is required.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate workshops, onboarding sessions, and client events with logistics handled.
• Manage delivery timelines and milestones across accounts.
• Serve as the central liaison between clients and internal teams.
• Identify new users and coordinate product demos to drive adoption.
• Maintain contact with client stakeholders on delivery, onboarding, and usage.
• Prepare contracts for up- and cross-sell opportunities.
• Track delivery progress and maintain CRM activity visibility.
• Prepare reporting packs and support service reviews.
