Aurora Energy Research Limited in Madrid seeks an Account Management Associate to coordinate delivery of our subscription products, oversee onboarding, and drive adoption across accounts. You will serve as the central link between clients and internal teams, supporting workshops, demos, and service delivery.

• Strong organisational and coordination abilities across multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with high attention to detail.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish, with cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience applying AI to enhance client interactions is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate workshops, onboarding sessions, and client events with logistics and timing.
• Manage delivery timelines and milestones across accounts and track actions.
• Serve as central liaison between clients and internal teams (Research, Product, Delivery).
• Identify new users and coordinate product demos to drive adoption.
• Maintain CRM records and prepare reporting packs for reviews.
• Assist in contracts for up- and cross-sell opportunities with clients.
