Alpha ESS is seeking a proactive technical specialist in Barcelona to serve as the primary interface for energy storage products, providing expert support to distributors and service partners. You will guide onsite installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting, while collaborating with R&D to address field issues and optimize products.

Formación
- Experience in energy storage, photovoltaic, inverter, or battery systems is preferred.
- Strong ability to analyze onsite issues and perform troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication and coordination with customers, installers, and internal teams.
Responsabilidades
- Act as technical interface for energy storage products, providing post-sale support to distributors, installers, and service partners.
- Provide onsite installation guidance, commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting of ESS.
- Support technical analysis for residential and C&I ESS projects, including EMS, inverter, and battery issues.
- Handle customer complaints and escalate issues to drive resolution and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with R&D and product teams, feedback on onsite issues and improvements.
- Collect and organize onsite data, service reports, and documentation for records.
- Provide technical training to distributors, installers, and service partners.
