Job summary

Neuraxpharm is seeking a Supply Chain Manager based in Sant Joan Despí (hybrid). You will lead end-to-end planning, production, procurement, inventory and logistics to ensure product availability and customer satisfaction across the CNS portfolio.

The role requires a degree in engineering or business, at least 5 years in pharmaceutical supply chain, strong SAP experience and leadership of planning teams. Fluency in English and Spanish is expected; occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in Supply Chain Management in pharma, chemical or food.
• At least 8 years leading Planning and Logistics teams in pharma manufacturing.
• Strong SAP and advanced Excel skills; Ortems/APO experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Planning & Logistics team.
• Own end-to-end planning and logistics processes.
• Align forecasts with production capacity and supply priorities.
• Drive inventory optimization balancing availability and cost.
• Monitor supplier performance via KPIs and take corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, Finance, Commercial.
• Identify and implement process improvements and digitalization.
• Manage the department budget and ensure financial targets.
• Support growth with risk management and new product launches.
