Grifols is seeking a Supply Planning specialist to support IBP processes and ensure optimal inventory levels and product availability across Affiliates and Distributors. You will manage SAP-based planning parameters and coordinate with Industrial teams.

The role requires collaboration across departments, strong analytical skills, and experience with SAP SD/MM/PP. A hybrid work model and location in Sant Cugat del Vallès are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, engineering, economics, logistics, life sciences or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in demand, inventory or supply planning or similar.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
• Experience with SAP SD/MM/PP is highly valued.

Responsabilités

• Run the monthly Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Supply Review process.
• Maintain/update planning parameters in SAP (e.g., safety stocks, MOQ) aligning with regions.
• Run MRP processes at SAP plants and SDD MRP Areas.
• Prepare and share the supply requirements plan with Industrial.
• Deliver full visibility of supply plans and related financial reconciliation.
