Henkel is seeking a senior leader to head the regional Network Supply Planning organization in Barcelona. You will guide the long-range and DRP planning processes, align with mergers and acquisitions, and optimize inventory and supply reliability across the region.

The role requires 5+ years in a leadership supply planning position, fluent English, and strong stakeholder management. Hybrid work with opportunities for growth and cross-border collaboration are offered.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years experience in a similar position with leadership in supply planning.
• Business fluent in English.
• Strong communication skills and ability to develop and maintain relationships at different levels of the organization and with external vendors.
• Very good end-to-end understanding of Supply Planning.
• Ability to lead, develop and steer people and projects.

Responsabilidades

• Leads and manages the regional Network Supply Planning organization, aligning with strategic goals.
• Oversees long-range supply plan (24 months to 5 years) and adapts network strategies for M&A.
• Oversees deployment planning (DRP) for 6–24 months for regional supply planning.
• Reviews the supply network to identify constraints and optimization opportunities.
• Communicates findings and proposals to regional SC leadership for decision-making.
