Qualifications

• Completed studies in business administration, supply chain or a related field.
• +3 years of experience in pharmaceutical industries or related sectors.
• Strong analytical skills to monitor and improve process performance.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Experience in demand planning, purchasing and inventory management.
• Knowledge of SAP MM and SD modules.
• Fluency in English and Spanish; Catalan is a plus.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end supply chain for large instruments, including demand planning, purchasing, dispatch, and retirement.
• Inventory management of instruments and accessories, optimal replenishment strategies and S&OP execution.
• Administer Material and Equipment Master data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Analyze and respond to complex requests, such as multiphased installations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and ensure compliance.
• Provide operational support for projects, including integration of new portfolios.
• Engage with external service providers and secure optimal operational execution.
