Job summary

Flowserve Corporation seeks a Procurement Specialist to manage end-to-end Procure to Pay processes, ensuring on-time delivery and accurate PO administration in the ERP system. The role includes managing change orders, exceptions, and supplier concessions, with spot sourcing as needed.

You will ensure supplier documentation, timely order acknowledgements, and adherence to Flowserve policies while maintaining supplier communications and ERP data integrity.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Supply Chain.
• Strong analytical skills with data interpretation.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and Ariba platform.

Responsibilities

• Place Purchase Orders per supplier selection and defined terms.
• Manage PO changes, exceptions, and supplier concessions.
• Process approvals for revisions and price/delivery changes.
• Ensure Advanced Ship Notices are provided and track shipments.
• Maintain ERP item master data and price lists in Ariba.
