Job summary

Flowserve in Pozuelo de Alarcón, Spain, is seeking a Sourcing Specialist to manage tactical sourcing events driven by daily MRP signals. You will own the end-to-end RFQ/RFP process, select suppliers based on safety, quality, delivery & cost, and negotiate through multi-round bidding to improve margins.

You will coordinate with the ERP to release POs after final prices. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in supply chain and 1+ year in sourcing, with strong negotiation, analytical, and MS Office

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain.
• 1+ years of sourcing experience.
• Strong interpersonal relationship management.
• Understanding of both commercial and technical areas of supply chain.
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Project Management.
• Knowledge of supply base in the region for the assigned categories.
• Understanding of market dynamics.
• Strong analytical skills including collecting, analyzing and interpreting data.
• Certified Supply Chain Professional.
• Geographically mobile for development opportunities.
• Ability to influence, communicate, and collaborate at all organizational levels.
• Expertise with MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of applicable ERPs and associated tools i.e. SAP and sourcing tools like Ariba
