Sweat Pants Agency, a fully remote agency serving 50 DTC and eCommerce brands, seeks a marketer who owns end-to-end accounts: strategy, media buying, creative direction, and client communication. You’ll write briefs, craft scripts, direct editors, and ensure results with measured ROAS and CPA.

You’ll build landing pages in Claude Code and deploy on Vercel, manage 4-6 accounts, and defend the numbers in client calls during US Eastern hours.

• Own 4 to 6 DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, creative lead, and client contact.
• Write briefs and scripts; direct editors and designers; maintain quality bar.

Responsabilidades

• Own 4 to 6 DTC accounts; budgets $30k/mo to $1M/mo.
• Own the client relationship; no intermediary between you and client.
• Do research before ads; mine reviews, comments, support tickets, Reddit, and competitor libraries.
• Write briefs and scripts; direct work of editors/designers; maintain quality bar.
• Ship 8–10 new ad launches per week in batches every 1–1.5 weeks.
• Build and test landing pages; deploy via Claude Code to Vercel; test on subdomain before client theme touches it.
• Diagnose bottlenecks (creative, offer, AOV, landing page, checkout).
• Report on new customer economics; defend attribution opinions.
