A global advertising agency is seeking a Creative Strategist in Spain with extensive online advertising experience, particularly for TikTok and Meta video ads. Formación

• Experience specifically related to video ads for TikTok and Meta for DTC brands.
• Experience working at a performance marketing/creative agency.
• Strong understanding of creative and production processes.

We are looking for someone with a deep understanding of online advertising principles who is able to come up with innovative new angles and strategies to create high performing social media ads so that clients achieve maximum ROI.

Requirements

• Fluent English (C1 and above- written and verbal).
• At least 3+ years experience working in Online Advertising (specifically related to video ads for TikTok and Meta for DTC brands).
• Experience working at a performance marketing/creative agency or in house for a brand is preferable.
• A strong understanding of the creative and production process is preferable (creative editor, content creator, creative producer).
• Copywriting, video scriptwriting, creative brief writing experience is preferable.
• Experience leading a creative team (editors, designers) is highly advantageous.
• Exceptional attention to detail.

Commitment Required

• Full time: 160 hours/month.
• Monday - Friday
