Maneuver Marketing is seeking a Creative Strategist to drive high-converting, performance-driven assets for our DTC supplements brand. You’ll combine creative insights, competitive research, and user-centric design to shape our digital presence across platforms, delivering static ads, short-form videos, landing pages, and more.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, run fast testing cadences, map briefs to customer journeys, and connect creative output to metrics like CAC, MER, and LTV.

Formación

• 5+ years in creative DTC advertising, with emphasis on design over data.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design and video editing capabilities.
• Expertise in creative research, visual storytelling, and a strategic approach to design.

Responsabilidades

• Build, Improve & Maintain Research Infrastructure across ads, reviews, VOC, competitors, forums, trends, and pain points.
• Organize insights into queryable, structured systems for rapid idea generation.
• Tag and categorize research by angle, pain point, persona, mechanism, product benefit, objection, funnel stage, and creative format.
• Turn research inputs into creative opportunities, briefs, hooks, and testable hypotheses.
• Improve the research infrastructure over time to compound value and connect outputs to performance.
• Establish, Improve & Maintain the Creative Testing Process with structured testing frameworks and high-velocity cadences.
• Create, Improve & Maintain Briefs Across SKUs to achieve run rate and efficiency targets.
