Axis Communications Iberia is seeking an End Customer Marketing Specialist to lead marketing strategy in Iberia, driving demand, growth, and brand preference among targeted End Customer accounts. You will plan multi-channel campaigns, leverage ABM, and collaborate with sales to maximize ROI across Smart City, infrastructure, and BI segments.

You will manage local campaigns, budgets, events, content, and translations while coordinating with cross-functional teams and external partners.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

The End Customer Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and driving our marketing strategy in Iberia to support sales growth, accelerate demand generation, and build strong brand preference across targeted End Customer accounts. The role requires coordinating across a wide variety of marketing tactics, with a focus on Campaign Management, Digital Marketing, Account-Based Marketing (ABM), Demand Generation, Events, and Content Marketing and a focus on various segments such as Smart City, Critical infrastructure and Business Intelligence and Operational Efficiency. It is critical to be able to work both strategically (creating marketing plans and managing the territory budget) and practically (executing daily campaigns with attention to detail). You will understand the high-level Axis value proposition across our key industry segments and be responsible for communicating it effectively to our target audiences. Lastly, you will serve as a key ambassador for the Axis brand and reputation.

• Set the strategic territory plan with a 360° understanding of market opportunities, local dynamics in Iberia, and the wider Southern Europe/EMEA strategy
• Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns while setting clear targets and KPIs
• Leverage diverse marketing channels and tactics (digital advertising, content marketing, ABM, webinars, trade shows, proprietary customer events, the Axis Experience Center, etc.)
• Identify target audiences and build automated nurture tracks using Salesforce and Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement)
• Follow up and nurture leads to maximize conversion rates, pipeline impact, and marketing ROI
• Measure, analyze, and report campaign performance, sharing actionable recommendations with regional leadership regularly
• Manage the local marketing budget, vendor contracts, and invoicing in accordance with corporate financial governance
• Define and execute the local communications plan, coordinating press releases, case studies, and newsroom articles
• Own and maintain the local website pages on axis.com to ensure fresh, accurate, and localized content
• Proofread, validate, and localize translated marketing materials

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for a proactive, collaborative professional with great interpersonal skills who thrives as an energetic team player. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills are essential, as you will work cross-functionally across internal teams and external partner networks. You should be comfortable approaching complex challenges independently, flexibly, and with an open mindset. Besides this, we would love to hear from you if you have:

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in a similar B2B marketing role
• 2+ years of experience with integrated marketing
• A business-oriented mindset with excellent organizational
• Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to foster a win-win partnership with the Spanish sales team and align with the Sales Manager Iberia
• Ability to operate at both strategic planning and operational execution
• Data-driven, analytical approach
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to handle multiple priorities and adapt quickly to changing needs
• Collaborative, team-player attitude
• Knowledge of Salesforce and Pardot
• Fluency in Spanish and English
• Fluency in Portuguese is a strong advantage
