Fever, the world’s leading tech platform for culture and live entertainment, is hiring a Legal Counsel focusing on employment and labour matters for its Madrid-based HQ. You will support a global workforce, build scalable workforce models, and advise on day-to-day employment issues across multiple jurisdictions.

The role requires an EU-qualified lawyer with 4+ years PQE in employment law, strong communication skills, and experience in multinational settings.

Qualifications

• Be a barred / practising EU-qualified lawyer with 4+ years of PQE specialising in employment and labour law.
• Have demonstrated experience advising on employment matters that span multiple international jurisdictions.
• Speak fluent English, with Spanish or an additional European language a strong plus.
• Have experience working in top tier law firms, or in-house at a large multinational.

Responsabilités

• Provide day-to-day employment and labour law advice to the People team and business stakeholders across jurisdictions.
• Draft and review employment contracts, contractor and freelance agreements, and internal policies and handbooks.
• Support disputes, disciplinary processes and terminations, including coordination with external counsel.
• Advise on union relations, collective bargaining, works councils and employee representatives globally.
• Coordinate employment aspects of international expansions and restructurings, including entity setups and due diligence.
