Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a commercial real estate lawyer.
• Qualified to practice law in an EU member state.
• EU work authorization (preference for Spain).

Responsibilities

• Handle complex commercial transactions and multi‑jurisdictional legal matters.
• Provide legal guidance across commercial and corporate matters.
• Work closely with senior leadership, operational teams, and external counsel to facilitate transactions and manage portfolio risk.
