Amazon in Andalucía, Spain is seeking an Area/Shift Manager to lead a large, diverse team and ensure the area keeps pace with demand. This hands-on role provides exposure to global operations and opportunities to drive productivity while solving challenges with colleagues.

You will manage safety and process quality across shifts, analyse data to identify improvements, and collaborate with other managers to standardise shift processes.

Formación

• University degree completed before the start date or within the last 24 months.
• Advanced proficiency in written and verbal English and local language.
• Experience in performing data analysis.
• Prefer candidates with Bachelor’s/Master’s in Supply Chain, Business/Management, Engineering or related field.
• Experience communicating with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Experience in a logistical working environment.
• Experience with MS Office suite in a professional environment.
