Amazon Spain Fulfillment, S.L.U. is seeking an Area/Shift Manager to lead a large, diverse team and ensure the site keeps pace with demand.

Formación

• Completed University degree before the start date or graduated within the last 24 months.
• Advanced proficiency in written and verbal English and local language.
• Experience in performing data analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Promote a culture of safety and wellbeing.
• Analyse and implement corrective actions to ensure quality and productivity across all shifts.
• Support and lead a team and handle administrative work alongside building a strong team culture.
• Analyse performance and suggest process improvements to optimise work and customer service.
• Collaborate with other managers to standardise shift processes.
