Amazon in Figueres, Spain is seeking an Area/Shift Manager to lead a large, diverse team and ensure our site meets demand. You will foster safety, monitor process efficiency, and coordinate daily operations across shifts, while collaborating with engineers and other managers on improvements.

This hands-on role requires data analysis skills and strong communication in English and Spanish. You will play a key part in ensuring customer orders are fulfilled on time.

Formación

• Completed University degree before the start date or within the last 24 months.
• Advanced proficiency in written and verbal English and local language.
• Experience in performing data analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Promote a culture of safety and wellbeing.
• Analyse and implement corrective actions to ensure quality and productivity.
• Support and lead a team and handle administrative work while building a strong team culture.
• Analyse performance and suggest process improvements to optimise work and improve customer service.
• Collaborate with other managers to standardise shift processes.
