Amazon is seeking an Area/Shift Manager to lead a large, diverse team at an operational site in Spain. You will drive safety, productivity, and process improvements across shifts, collaborating with managers and engineers to standardise processes and meet customer demand.

You will analyze data, manage daily operations, and support team development while maintaining high standards of quality and business performance.

Formación

• Completed university degree before start date or graduated within last 24 months.
• Advanced proficiency in written and verbal English and local language.
• Experience in data analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Promote a culture of safety and wellbeing.
• Analyse and implement corrective actions to maintain quality and productivity across shifts.
• Support and lead a team and handle administrative work while building a strong team culture.
• Analyse performance and suggest process improvements to optimise work and customer service.
• Collaborate with other managers to standardise shift processes.
