Amcor is seeking a Regional Talent Acquisition Senior Manager, EMEA, to lead end-to-end recruitment across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. The role balances regional needs with global TA standards and requires strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and data-driven decision making.

You will manage a 7-person TA team, collaborate with HR and business leaders, and drive talent strategy, workforce planning and capability evolution across a multi-country region.

Formación

• Significant progressive experience (typically 12–15 years) in internal TA leadership delivering across the EMEA region
• Experience leading recruitment across diverse geographies and cultures
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end recruitment delivery across EMEA, ensuring quality, speed, and cost targets
• Lead and develop a team of 7 TA professionals
• Drive global TA processes, systems, and governance in the region
• Partner with senior business leaders and HR to shape talent strategy and workforce planning
• Provide data-driven insights and regional capability evolution
