This role focuses on building talent pipelines, sourcing and screening candidates, providing market insights, and partnering closely with Talent Acquisition Advisors to meet business hiring needs.

The role follows a hybrid working model (3 days in the office, 2 from home) and is based in Barcelona, Spain.
