Brunswick, a global marine leader, is seeking a Supply Planner EMEA – Electronics & Power/Performance to own end-to-end supply planning across a complex product portfolio in the Alicante area.

You will coordinate with suppliers, global hubs and cross‑functional teams to ensure product availability, mitigate risks and optimize inventory while supporting revenue targets and NPIs. The role is hybrid with limited travel.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in supply planning, inventory, replenishment or a similar function.
• Strong understanding of supply planning, inventory management, purchasing and logistics.
• Experience with ERP and supply‑planning systems, with strong Excel and analytical capabilities.
• Strong problem‑solving skills to identify supply risks and translate data into actions.
• Strong stakeholder‑management and communication skills across suppliers and teams.
• Ability to independently manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute EMEA supply, replenishment and PO plans using forecasts and inventory targets.
• Manage end-to-end PO lifecycle across suppliers and intercompany hubs.
• Review supplier open orders and identify delays, risks and mitigation actions.
• Manage supplier communication, expedite and capacity constraints, including escalations.
• Optimize global inventory positioning to protect availability and revenue targets.
• Coordinate inbound supply with Logistics and resolve discrepancies.
• Provide visibility on availability, lead times and supply risks to key stakeholders.
• Drive forecast alignment and supply readiness for promotions and capacity needs.
• Support NPI, EOL and product lifecycle planning and system setup.
