Job summary

Brunswick Alicante, Spain, is seeking a Supply Planner EMEA – Electronics & Power / Performance to own end-to-end supply planning and execution across a complex product portfolio. Translate demand into executable supply plans and ensure product availability.

You will collaborate with suppliers, global hubs and cross-functional teams to optimize inventory, mitigate risks and support revenue targets, with hybrid working and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in supply planning, inventory, replenishment or similar.
• Strong Excel and analytical capabilities; ERP experience required.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute EMEA supply and purchase-order plans from forecasts and signals.
• Manage end-to-end PO lifecycle with suppliers and hubs; monitor ETA changes.
• Identify delays and supply risks; drive mitigation actions before customer impact.
• Optimize inventory positioning to protect availability and revenue targets.
• Coordinate inbound supply with logistics; provide visibility to stakeholders.
• Support promotions, NPI/EOL, and annual inventory objectives.
