Brunswick Corporation in Alicante, Spain is seeking a Supply Planner EMEA – Electronics & Power / Performance to own end-to-end supply planning across a complex regional portfolio, translating demand into executable plans.

You will collaborate with suppliers, hubs and cross-functional teams to ensure product availability, mitigate supply risks, optimize inventory, and support revenue targets through proactive planning and visibility.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years in supply planning, inventory, replenishment or related function.
• Strong understanding of supply planning, inventory management and logistics.
• Experience with ERP and supply-planning systems; strong Excel and analytics.
• Excellent stakeholder-management and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute EMEA supply, replenishment and PO plans using forecasts and lead times.
• Manage end-to-end PO lifecycle across suppliers and hubs, including ETAs.
• Identify delays and risks and drive mitigation actions before customer impact.
• Coordinate inbound supply with Logistics and resolve discrepancies.
• Provide visibility to Sales and stakeholders on availability and risks.
• Support inventory management, price updates, and cross-functional projects.
