Brunswick is seeking a Demand Planning professional within the Navico Group, based in Alicante. You will govern the Demand Plan for a subset of the portfolio and partner with Sales, Marketing and Supply Planning to build forecasts that support the EMEA region.

Essential duties include maintaining SKU-level forecasts, analyzing forecast accuracy, and driving improvements in the SIOP process with cross-functional teams. English fluency required; hybrid work setup in Spain.

Formación

• BS/BA in Engineering, Business, Statistics or Supply Chain.
• Minimum 3 years in demand planning, forecasting or analytical supply chain roles.
• Fluent in English; another European language is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain SKU-level demand forecasts across multiple levels and time horizons using o9 Solutions.
• Analyze forecast accuracy by comparing actual demand versus forecast and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with Sales, Business Development, Category/Product Management, and Marketing to gather market intelligence and incorporate it into the forecast.
• Identify demand trends, seasonality, and other influencing factors through data analysis.
• Integrate NPIs, product discontinuations, and promotions into the forecast.
• Present demand insights during Demand Reviews and support cross-functional alignment.
• Evaluate feasibility of promotional and commercial plans with Supply Planning and Production.
• Communicate forecast changes to Supply Planning for timely responses.
• Contribute to continuous improvement in the SIOP process.
