Brunswick/Navico Group in Alicante, Spain is seeking a Demand Planner to govern the Demand Plan for a subset of our Navico Group portfolio across the EMEA region. You will partner with Sales, Business Development, Category/Product Management and Marketing to build forecasts that align supply with demand and ensure product availability.

The role involves developing SKU-level forecasts, analyzing forecast accuracy, integrating NPIs and promotions, and presenting insights during Demand Reviews.

Formación

  • BS/BA degree in Engineering, Business, Statistics, or Supply Chain.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting or a comparable analytical supply chain role in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in English; an additional European language is an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of SIOP and the components of a SIOP process.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Power Point and Excel).
  • Strong critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

  • Identify demand trends, seasonality, and other influencing factors through data analysis.
  • Integrate new product introductions (NPIs), product discontinuations, and promotional activities into the forecast.
  • Prepare and present demand insights during Demand Reviews, supporting cross-functional alignment.
  • Evaluate the feasibility of promotional and commercial plans in coordination with Supply Planning and Production.
  • Communicate forecast changes and demand signals to Supply Planning to enable timely responses.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the SIOP process.

Position Overview

As part of the talented Supply Chain team, you will govern and set the Demand Plan for a subset of the Navico Group portfolio. You will partner closely with Sales, Business Development, Category/Product Management, Marketing, and Supply Planning, using multiple sources of guidance to build forecasts that operationally support the EMEA organization, helping ensure the right products are available at the right time across our brands. Essential Functions

Required Qualifications
  • BS/BA degree in Engineering, Business, Statistics, or Supply Chain.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting or a comparable analytical supply chain role in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in English; an additional European language is an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of SIOP and the components of a SIOP process.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Power Point and Excel).
  • Strong critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Progressive forecasting software experience (ideally o9) and Power BI.
  • APICS certification or training.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including verbal and written communication.
  • Independent decisiveness with the ability to collaborate across departments to build consensus.
Working Conditions
  • Primarily office- and computer-based role involving sustained use of planning systems, spreadsheets, and virtual collaboration tools.
  • Regular interaction across EMEA and global time zones may occasionally require flexibility outside local standard business hours.
Salary & Benefits

The hiring range for this position is €39,000.00 - €53,250.00 annually (payable in 12 instalments, in line with Spanish market practice). The actual base pay offered will vary depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, relevant experience, business needs, and geographic location. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the specifics of the candidate's qualifications and the business context. In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus in accordance with company policies, and a range of competitive benefits.
