Nextpower seeks a Senior Supply Planner – EMEA to own and manage the end‑to‑end supply plan for assigned suppliers, commodities, and projects across the Europe, Middle East, and Africa region. You will translate demand and forecasts into executable plans while coordinating with internal teams and suppliers to protect delivery commitments.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Operations, Business, or a related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in supply planning, materials planning, production planning, supplier management, or a related function.
• Fluency in English required; additional European languages are an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Own the supply plan for assigned suppliers, commodities, projects, and products across EMEA.
• Translate demand, project schedules, sales orders, forecasts, and inventory needs into executable supply plans.
• Manage supplier allocations based on demand, capacity, and priorities.
• Lead complex risk resolution and recovery plans for supplier delays or shortages.
• Provide executive-facing updates on risks, plans, and progress.
• Partner with Procurement, Sourcing, and NPI to align capacity and delivery.
