Job summary

Greif is seeking a seasoned Supply Chain Planning Manager for Closures in the EMEA region. The role leads SIOP cycles, aligns demand and supply, and partners with Sales to optimize forecast quality and onboarding of new business.

You will own the closure network's supply plan, capacity assumptions, and constraints while coordinating with regional plants to reduce lead times and costs. A strong ERP background and DDMRP experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering or Business is required.
• 7+ years in supply chain planning within manufacturing; 2+ years leading planners.
• Experience running S&OP/SIOP and managing inventory targets in multi-plant networks.
• Strong knowledge of DDMRP, MRP, capacity planning and inventory management.
• Hands-on ERP experience (Infor LN) and data skills with Excel and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• SIOP and planning leadership for Closures across EMEA regions.
• Own supply plan, capacity assumptions, and make/buy decisions.
• Collaborate with Demand Planning and Sales on forecast quality and onboarding of new business.
• Evaluate global network, identify risks, and present options to leadership.
• Maintain KPIs for service, on-time delivery, and inventory; manage safety stock.
• Drive standard planning processes and ERP changes affecting Closures.
