Job summary

Greif, Inc. is seeking a Supply Chain Planning Manager, Closures - EMEA, to lead the monthly SIOP cycle across Amsterdam, Lindweiler, Rouen and Bottanuco Accessories. You will own the supply plan, manage capacity, and partner with Demand Planning and Sales to ensure forecast quality and onboarding of new business.

Strong knowledge of DDMRP, MRP, Excel and Power BI is required. The role requires 7+ years in supply chain planning in manufacturing, with leadership experience across a multi-plant

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering or Business; APICS/ASCM or DDMRP certification preferred.
• At least 7 years of supply chain planning experience in manufacturing, with 2+ years leading planners.
• Proven S&OP/SIOP experience and inventory/working capital targets management in multi-plant network.
• Experience in high-volume, high-mix manufacturing (packaging, plastics or metal) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly Closures EMEA SIOP cycle (demand, supply, capacity) for multiple sites.
• Connect Closures SIOP to the EMEA IBP forum; escalate risks with options.
• Own supply plan and capacity assumptions; manage constraints, make-or-buy, inter-plant sourcing.
• Partner with Demand Planning & Sales on forecast quality and new business onboarding.
• Evaluate global Closures network and rationalize supply flows to reduce cost and lead times.
• Build scenario models (make vs buy, plant allocation) and present to leadership.
• Identify high-risk materials and drive alternate sourcing with Sourcing/QA/Ops.
