Nextpower in Madrid, Spain is seeking a Senior Supply Planner – EMEA to develop and manage the supply plan across the EMEA region, translating demand and forecasts into executable plans. This role requires strong analytics, stakeholder management, and a track record of delivering on-time material readiness.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Operations, Business, or related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in supply planning, materials planning, or related roles.
• Experience in manufacturing, renewable energy, solar, or complex project-based supply chains.
• Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of MRP and inventory management.

Responsabilidades

• Own the supply plan for assigned suppliers across EMEA.
• Manage allocations, lead times, and supplier commitments.
• Lead complex constraint and risk resolution with recovery plans.
• Lead supplier reviews and performance reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Procurement, NPI, Logistics.
• Maintain planning data integrity and deliver executive-ready reports.
