Job summary

Cabka Group in Valencia seeks a Group Supply Chain Planning Manager to align demand, supply and production across European sites. You will lead the S&OP process, balance capacity and costs, and optimize inventory and planning parameters.

You’ll work with production sites like Ypres and Weira, translating data into actionable improvements with SAP and modern analytics tools. The role requires 5–10 years in planning, strong analytical and stakeholder skills, and fluency in English and Dutch plus

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Economics or related field.
• 5–10 years in production, supply or capacity planning in manufacturing.
• Strong expertise in production planning, MRP, capacity planning and S&OP.
• Analytical skills with ability to translate data into financially sound decisions.
• Understanding of impact of planning on service levels, costs, inventory and margins.
• Experience with SAP or comparable ERP; SAP S/4HANA/PP/DS/IBP/APO or APS is a plus.
• Excellent Excel; Power BI, Power Query, SQL or Python is an advantage.
• Hands-on, structured, solution-oriented; able to work with incomplete data.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management; influence across functions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize supply, production and capacity plans based on demand.
• Determine optimal allocation of production across sites considering capacity, costs and margins.
• Identify bottlenecks and capacity risks; develop scenarios and solutions.
• Lead the supply side of the S&OP process for aligned feasible plans.
• Optimize inventory levels and planning parameters; reduce excess stock.
• Monitor KPIs and translate insights into improvements.
• Improve planning processes, master data and MRP in SAP.
• Develop analytical tools using Excel and Power BI; SQL/Python a plus.
• Collaborate with local planners and production teams.
