Job summary

Greif is seeking a Supply Chain Planning Manager for Closures in the EMEA region. You will lead SIOP, coordinate with demand planning and sales, and manage capacity, inventory, and sourcing across a multi-plant network.

Strong expertise in DDMRP, MRP, and ERP systems is required, with a track record of improving service levels and reducing working capital. Fluency in English; French/Dutch/German beneficial.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering or Business required.
• 7+ years in supply chain planning in manufacturing, with 2+ years leading teams or processes.
• Proven experience with S&OP/SIOP and inventory/working capital targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly Closures SIOP cycle for multi-plant network; include data prep and leadership updates.
• Connect SIOP to IBP forum, escalate risks with options and recommendations.
• Own supply plan and capacity assumptions; manage constraints and sourcing.
• Collaborate with Demand Planning and Sales on forecast quality and onboarding new business.
• Drive KPI governance: service, on-time delivery, stock levels, and DDMRP settings.
