J.P. Morgan is seeking an Executive Director for Structured Working Capital Sales in Madrid. You will lead origination, sales, structuring, and execution of asset-backed and working capital solutions for corporate, fintech, and financial institutions.

Collaborate with senior executives to optimize liquidity and growth across regions. You will act as the primary client-facing advisor, managing relationships with CFOs and treasurers, while guiding deals from ideation through execution and ensuring

Formación

• Experience in structured finance, working capital, asset-based lending, or related disciplines.
• Demonstrated origination, client coverage, relationship management, sales, structuring, and execution of complex transactions.
• Strong understanding of collateral structures, legal documentation, and governance.

Responsabilidades

• Lead origination, sales, and regional development of structured working capital opportunities across clients.
• Develop growth strategies to expand market penetration and drive new business.
• Structure, negotiate and execute working capital and asset-backed financing solutions.
• Act as Deal Team Captain coordinating Credit, Risk, Legal, Product, Operations and Banking partners.
