• Experience in sales, client service or portfolio management support in an active client-facing role.
• Excellent communication skills and presentation abilities.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver a superior client experience while driving program ramp to achieve revenue growth for Global Trade.
• Design and execute a supplier enrollment/sales strategy and calling plan for each program, leveraging the JPMorgan Chase banking network to drive supplier engagement.
• Partner with the program manager to provide insights into growth, supplier participation patterns, and trends.
• Manage ongoing strategic supplier relationships, identifying and solving issues or risks.
• Assist in negotiating terms with suppliers to ensure mutual benefits.
• Track and report KPI related to supplier engagement and program success; coordinate multi-regional activities.
• Facilitate requests with cross-functional partners in Client Service, Operations, Contracts Management, Product, and others.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies in all supplier-related activities.
• Support the execution of critical technology initiatives to improve the efficiency of the supplier sales process.
